Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1: Delete from the app

  1. Open CalZA on your phone
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days. Log in again within 30 days to cancel.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your CalZA account.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 5 business days.

What gets deleted: Your profile, food diary, meal scans, fasting history, goals, challenges, and all personal data. This action cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.

Cancel your subscription first

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CalZA → Cancel

Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CalZA → Cancel

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel first to avoid further charges.
